Returns Policy

All of our products are made to order, unless otherwise stated and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.
 
In instances where a return has been authorised by Armac Martin, returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue the agreed refund on receipt, deducting any pre agreed handling charges, excluding the original delivery charge.

PLEASE NOTE THAT
  1. Returning goods and the costs associated is the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at Armac Martin. It is recommended that you request a receipt of postage from the Royal Mail or add a tracked or signed for service to the parcel. That way you can track the progress of your returned goods.
  2. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made.
  3. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the products are properly packaged to protect them on the return transit. Please be advised that we may not replace or refund products that have been damaged on the return transit if the damage is a result of poor packaging.
