Returns policy

Many of our products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, unless faulty. We do have a number of Ready to Ship products which are pieces we hold in stock and these are therefore eligible for return.

Please note, our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event your product has arrived faulty, please email sales@armacmartin.co.uk with your order number and return request. We are happy to offer a full refund or replacement for any faulty products and can arrange collection for you. All returned items should meet the below conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase

  • Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receipt

In instances where a non-faulty item has been approved by Armac Martin for return, item(s) must meet this additional requirement:

  • Item(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition

PLEASE NOTE THAT

1. Returning goods and the costs associated is the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at Armac Martin. It is recommended that you request a receipt of postage from the Royal Mail or add a tracked or signed for service to the parcel.


2. We are happy to arrange collection for faulty items. Alternatively, delivery charges are refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made.

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the products are properly packaged to protect them on the return transit. Please be advised that we may not replace or refund products that have been damaged on the return transit if the damage is a result of poor packaging.


3. Armac Martin holds the right to reject returns that are not deemed faulty. In this scenario, we will contact you by email or phone to notify you.

4. Your refund credit will be made against the original payment method. Once your return has been received and processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to become available in your account.

Return your sample item(s) in adherence with the below conditions and we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

  • Item(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, in their original

  • packaging with proof of purchase
    Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receipt
