 All of our products are made to order, unless otherwise stated and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.

To return your faulty item please click here to download our Returns Form to include with your returning item.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned suitably protected and individually wrapped in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once received, we will contact you regarding your returned item.

1. Returning goods and the costs associated is the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at Armac Martin. It is recommended that you request a receipt of postage from the Royal Mail or add a tracked or signed for service to the parcel. That way you can track the progress of your returned goods.
2. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made.
3. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the products are properly packaged to protect them on the return transit. Please be advised that we may not replace or refund products that have been damaged on the return transit if the damage is a result of poor packaging.
