Channelling a sophisticated aesthetic, thoughtfully brought to life with organic materials and neutral palettes, Whittney notes, “I always want to know how a room will serve the clients - and in detail. Understanding its purpose and who will be in that room helps to inspire us greatly, from the materials, patterns and colours to the function. We design with each individual room in mind, while still understanding there is commonality to the rest of the home and a thread that must be woven.”

Showcasing decadent chocolate tones paired with muted sage green, a palette replicated throughout the property, the open-plan kitchen is a tranquil setting for family life.

Set against a backdrop of warm white walls, the design is a subtle nod to two-tone kitchen design, achieved by choosing contrasting tones and materials for the cabinetry and island. The freestanding island offers a hint of colour for a less-is-more statement, and the placement of wooden details, from the exposed beams to the surrounding cabinetry and flooring, supports the flow of the design.

A harmonious extension to the kitchen interior, the functional butler's pantry is a vision of earthy green. Styled with decorative brass grilles to dress cabinet doors and add a touch of contemporary texture, the material is complemented by matching hardware and fixtures. Crisp white marble brings fresh appeal, whilst wooden accents warm up the pantry aesthetic.

Countryside spa style envelops the serene, neutral master bathroom. Opting for dark oak and marble for the vanity and storage brings a relaxed elegance to the design, mirrored by the luxurious freestanding bath. Whittney’s signature interior style emphasises the beauty of the smaller details to bring a room to life. She shares, “Hardware is one of the most utilised design elements in a home, so the quality must align. The shape and form of the Armac Martin pieces we specified are beautiful, with a nod to the traditional forms we were visualising.”
